Trump Warns Iran: The World Is Watching Your Every Move

Published on

President Trump made clear during his State of the Union Address that the United States is monitoring Iran’s every step, and that any move toward nuclear weapons capability will be met with a swift and decisive American response. The warning was pointed, personal, and delivered on the world’s largest political stage.
Trump accused Iran of resuming its nuclear and missile programmes despite last year’s US military strike on its nuclear facilities. He said Iranian missiles already threaten Europe and American overseas installations, and warned that Tehran is now working on weapons that could eventually strike the continental United States.
The president revealed that two rounds of nuclear talks have taken place this month, suggesting that dialogue remains possible. But he made clear that Iran must do more than merely show up to negotiations — it must deliver a firm, unambiguous declaration that it will never build a nuclear weapon.
Pointing to Operation Midnight Hammer, Trump defended the decision to strike Iran and warned that the US will not hesitate to act again if provoked. He accused Iran of attempting to rebuild its destroyed capabilities in direct defiance of American warnings, calling this behaviour deeply troubling.
Closing his remarks on Iran with characteristic bluntness, Trump said he will make peace where possible but will confront threats to America wherever necessary. For Iran, the message was as clear as it was serious: the window for diplomacy is still open, but it will not stay open indefinitely.
